Rutendo grew up in Winchester, England. She moved to California to play NCAA Women's Tennis. She achieved her Bachelor's degree in business management with honors as well as having a stellar college tennis career. She believes her background as a successful college athlete is the reason for her success. It taught her discipline and determination and a desire to do better than the person she was yesterday, and to do better for her clients every day. 

Rutendo knows what it takes to provide exceptional representation in today's competitive market. Whilst always putting her client's first and making sure they are fully educated in the process. She's an excellent negotiator, making her someone who you need on your team.
